Condominiums – Arlington, TX

This project is located in Arlington (Dallas-Fort Worth area), Texas just North of the Arlington football stadium. Around 2007 KGA completed 4 of the originally 9 designed buildings. A new investor reactivated the project in early 2017, wanting to finish the 5 outstanding buildings, including a total of 51 condominiums. Drawings and design had to be updated to be code and energy code compliant. The project received its permits after closely working together with the City of Arlington in September 2017. Construction started in November 2017. The project name is Ballpark Estates.
