Multifamily-Residential – Woburn, MA

This project is located just North of Boston in Woburn, Massachusetts. The project had been in design since 2016 and worked through the Special Permit approval process in 2017. Schematic design started in the end of 2017. With some team changes and some stops along the way, Construction Documents were issued in August 2019. The project is located on a superfund site, which meant that the project team was deeply involved with the EPA to prepare the site for earth and foundation work. The project is since 2019 in construction. The 3 phases will be turned over in stages with a final completion date of the whole project in summer 2022.

The project has 289 apartment units, a 7-story precast garage, a courtyard with pool, amenities with fitness area and two retail/restaurant spaces. The construction types are IIIA over IA (steel podium) and IIB (precast garage).

The project name is Emblem 120.
