Cromwell Court – Hyannis, MA

Type:  Multi-Family, Renovation of Exterior and Interior – 12 units

Description of project: After a big fire in the end of December 2014 building 9 of the Cromwell Court needed a major renovation. Goal was to renovate as quickly as possible to get the tenants back into their homes. First site visits started in early 2015 and the construction/bidding set went out in spring 2015. Construction started in the beginning of August and was finished in the end of December 2015. The work included but was not limited to renovation of part of the structure, renovation of majority of interiors (kitchen, flooring, bath, paint), selective replacement of windows, installation of a completely new sprinkler system, replacement of majority of HVAC system, and replacement of entire roof and roof structure.
